Family Law

We offer services relating to litigation involving custody, simple divorces, divorces involving complex property issues, prenuptial agreements, post-divorce asset division, and all of the areas in between. We take pride in clearly explaining and navigating the often-dark landscape of family law. We help our clients achieve their goals while keeping a clear perspective with realism, honesty, and integrity.

CPS Defense/Litigation

We also handle cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (also known as CPS). We specialize in defending and preserving parental rights against the State. In addition to zealous advocacy for biological parents, we have an established history of advocating for parties who intervene into these lawsuits such as foster parents and other family members including grandparents and siblings. We are knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of representation in cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

We help individuals and families move through what is often a terrifying experience with not only expertise, but clear ideas on what is expected of not only CPS but also any individual caught in their crosshairs.

We offer services for mediating cases in all areas of Family Law as well as cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS)
